Overview: Muldowney Studio, Inc. owns and operates two custom frame shops in the Golden Isles region of Coastal Georgia. Although they are located in a relatively small tourist oriented community, they are competing with a number of frame shops that have a stronger foothold in the area and have been established for a longer period of time. As many of their customers have told Mike and Nancy, the owners of Muldowney Studio, Inc., many use the internet as a means to learn more about local businesses and to help in determining whom to call when in need of services. They have also learned that simply being listed in the yellow pages is not enough to attract new business. The ads are too small to fully capture the essence of what they do and once the ad is put together they are stuck with the content until the next edition comes out a year later.
With this in mind, Mike and Nancy decided in order for their business to grow and to sustain their investment, they needed a website that showcased what sets them apart from the competition. They chose Muldowney Arts, LLC to help them accomplish this. The result is a website that provides both new and existing customers with:

- Content that is developed to be relative to the picture framing industry and needs of their clientele.

The second stage of development will include an ecommerce site to enable Muldowney Studio, Inc. to sell prints by local artists and other art objects. Being in a tourist area, many people from all over the country stop by the shop but do not have time to spend making a decision that an art object is really right for their home. The e-commerce site gives the consumer a second chance to make that special purchase when it is convenient.
And yes, as you may have noticed, we share the Muldowney name. Mike and Nancy are the parents of Brian Muldowney. However, that did not change the need to produce quality results, as we are sure you will see when you visit www.islandartshoppe.com
